Then implement, if you want support. The AI Integration Strategic Initiative turns that plan into a Strategic Integration Plan the district owns, delivered as eight facilitated working sessions at your pace.
Or bring in a single session. The S.P.E.E.D. Workshop, the P.R.I.S.M. Workshop, the AI-First Project Workshop, and vendor review consultation are all available on their own.
A discipline your district already trusts
No district designs a reading intervention without a universal screener, or takes a literacy plan to its board built on how the landscape feels. Diagnose, then prescribe, then monitor against the baseline. That sequence is core practice for everything public education treats as serious work.
AI has not been treated that way yet. It has been handled as a technology purchase, a policy exercise, or a professional development topic, each one real and none of them the whole picture.
The difference shows up at the board table. "We adopted an acceptable use policy and trained our staff" describes effort. "Staff confidence rose in eleven of seventeen indicators, and here is the one area that did not move" is a position that can be tracked and defended.
